His academic pursuits in this field include a Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Limerick and a Master’s in Applied Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Atlantic Technological University. A qualified personal trainer, Conor has realized his dream of opening his own gym, driven by a desire to help athletes achieve their goals and witness the transformative power of exercise on clients’ physical and mental health.
